This page is a product-specific starting point and is not legal advice. Have qualified counsel review it before production launch.

1. Information We Collect

Account information such as name, username, email address, UID, password hash, verification status, referral code, and account preferences.

Wallet information such as verified wallet address, signature verification records, chapter ownership data, on-chain transaction hashes, and RICO transfer confirmation data.

Trading configuration such as exchange connection metadata, encrypted API credentials, risk settings, paper mode settings, enabled markets, connected channels, and bot status.

Platform activity such as logins, device information, IP address, notifications, ledger entries, referral activity, payment orders, webhooks, support messages, and audit/security events.

2. How We Use Information

To create and secure your account, verify your wallet, determine chapter-based access, credit virtual RICO fuel balances, operate the dashboard, and provide onboarding.

To connect with exchanges, execute configured trading actions, display analytics, send notifications, process referrals, generate reports, and support account settings.

To detect abuse, prevent fraud, protect the platform, debug errors, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability and user experience.

3. Wallet and Blockchain Data

Public blockchain data is visible to anyone and may be permanently recorded. When you verify a wallet or send tokens, the wallet address and transaction details can be associated with your Ricomatrix account inside our systems.

We use on-chain data to confirm chapter ownership, RICO rewards, RICO transfers to the corporate pool, and other supported contract interactions.

4. Exchange and API Key Data

Connected exchange API keys are used only for the trading permissions you configure. Ricomatrix is designed to use trading-only keys and does not require withdrawal permission.

API secrets should be encrypted at rest and are not returned in plain text through the user interface or standard API responses.

5. Notifications and Communications

We may send transactional messages about login security, wallet verification, API connections, trade lifecycle events, RICO fuel, referrals, settlements, burn reports, and account changes.

You can manage optional notification preferences in settings. Security-critical messages may still be sent even if marketing or optional notifications are disabled.

6. Sharing Information

We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the product, including hosting, database, analytics, email, Telegram, RPC, payment, monitoring, and security providers.

We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce policies, prevent harm, investigate abuse, or protect Ricomatrix, users, or the public.

We do not sell personal information as a standalone business model.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies or local storage for authentication, session state, onboarding status, UI preferences, wallet connection state, and security controls.

Blocking cookies may prevent login, dashboard access, or wallet features from working correctly.

8. Retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, maintain ledgers, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, support audits, prevent fraud, and preserve security records.

Some records, including blockchain transactions and certain ledger or audit records, may need to be retained for integrity, accounting, or compliance reasons.

9. Your Choices

You may update account details, notification preferences, connected services, and bot settings in the dashboard.

You may request account deletion or data access where applicable by contacting support. Some data may be retained where required for legal, security, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for a crypto trading automation product, including encrypted secrets, authentication controls, audit logs, and access restrictions.

No system is perfectly secure. You must protect your email, password, wallet, authenticator, and exchange credentials.

11. International Use

Ricomatrix may be accessed from different countries. Your information may be processed in countries with data protection laws different from your own.

By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed where our infrastructure and service providers operate.
